To Sell or Not to Sell

What’s the deal? Our house in Utah still has not sold. We have had lots of interest over the last 4 1/2 months, including two bonafide offers that both fell through during mortgage financing. Needless to say this is very frustrating and a bit depressing.
We are now going to try to do a lease option agreement. We have someone interested, but it would require that we stay on the hook for the payments for another 60 days before the agreement would go into affect. Let’s hope this works out.
